Spring snow goose season in Saskatchewan is known for massive migrating flocks, fast-paced action, and unforgettable days in the field. It's one of the most exciting waterfowl hunts available and plays an important role in managing snow goose populations across the flyway.

 

You'll be hunting with the experienced team at Apex Waterfowling, whose days are built around bird movement and conditions. Every hunt is planned to put hunters where the birds want to be, using proven setups and professionally managed decoy spreads.

 

Each day typically consists of a six-hour hunt, either in the morning or afternoon depending on bird activity. When you're not in the field, you'll have time to relax at the lodge, enjoy home-cooked meals, share stories from the hunt, and prepare for the next day.

 

The lodge is located near Landis, Saskatchewan, approximately 90 minutes from Saskatoon. Accommodations are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with bedding, towels, and shower amenities provided.

 

Bird processing is included. Birds can be cleaned and prepared for legal transport home, and hunters wishing to preserve a bird for taxidermy can have it properly packaged for transport.

If you plan to bring birds home, we recommend travelling with a cooler or purchasing one before heading to camp.
