SHIPPING POLICY
We are a small, independent Canadian business, not a large-volume retailer like Amazon. We take pride in providing thoughtful, personalized service and appreciate your understanding of our small-business shipping schedule. Thank you for choosing to shop Canadian and support independent business.
All orders ship from Eastern Ontario, Canada, primarily via Canada Post Express Post. Free shipping applies to orders with a subtotal of $150 or more before taxes and discounts. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate and economical shipping carrier for your order.
Orders are processed once weekly. Orders placed by 4:00 PM ET on Monday will be processed for shipment that week, with packages leaving our facility each Wednesday. Orders placed after the Monday 4:00 PM cutoff will be processed the following Monday and scheduled to ship the following Wednesday.
Once your shipping label has been created, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow time for tracking to become active once your package has been transferred to the carrier.
Pre-orders, backordered items, and products otherwise identified as having an extended lead time are not subject to our regular weekly shipping schedule. Any applicable shipping timeframe will be noted on the product listing or communicated with you directly.
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier and cannot be guaranteed. Canadian Huntress® is not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier or for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
*To be eligible for return/exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our merchandise, we cannot offer exchanges on any items. Customers are fully responsible for return shipping unless an error has been made on our end. Once the return has been processed we will replace your return with a Canadian Huntress® E-Gift Card, which will be sent to you via email.
All returns must be unworn and in new condition in order to qualify for the E-Gift Card replacement.
