2025 Operation & Shipping
As we prepare for the Toronto Sportsman Show this coming March, our online store will temporarily stop accepting new orders until March 18th. This pause allows us to focus on preparing for this incredible event while ensuring we maintain the quality and care you expect from us. As a small business owner, I’ve recently faced some health challenges and want to ensure this busy time is handled without feeling overwhelmed. We are a small, independent business, and not a large retailer like Amazon. Please note that our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays. We strive to provide personalized service and appreciate your understanding that response times may vary outside of these hours. Thank you for supporting small businesses!
All orders ship from Ontario, Canada via Canada Post. Our free shipping applies to orders with a subtotal of $150 or more prior to taxes and discounts. We reserved the right to choose the most economical carrier to ship packages through.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days and an exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed. You will receive a tracking number via email when your shipping label has been created. Canadian Huntress® Inc. is not responsible for lost items or items that have been shipped to the wrong address, so please make sure to provide the correct information prior to checking out. Approximate delivery times with Canada Post vary.
Returns & Exchanges
*To be eligible for return/exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our merchandise, we cannot offer exchanges on any items. Customers are fully responsible for return shipping unless an error has been made on our end. Once the return has been processed we will replace your return with a Canadian Huntress® E-Gift Card, which will be sent to you via email.
All returns must be unworn and in new condition in order to qualify for the E-Gift Card replacement.
